Dr. Blake Hansen

Family Practice Doctor

Dr. Hansen grew up in Anaheim, CA, with Disneyland as his backyard. After high school, he served as a missionary in the South Pacific, where he learned Chuukese. While earning his Public Health degree at Brigham Young University, he discovered his passion for medicine and met his wife, Megan. He continued his medical education at Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ, and completed his residency at Marian Regional Medical Center in Santa Maria, CA, where he served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Hansen specializes in weight-loss management, dermatology procedures, sports medicine, and addiction medicine. His family chose to settle in Rogers, AR, after falling in love with Northwest Arkansas during a cross-country trip.

As a family physician, Dr. Hansen values the variety and depth of primary care and is committed to improving access and care for patients of all ages. He enjoys staying active, playing board games, and exploring NWA with his wife and their four boys.

Angie Schuber

APRN, FNP-C, Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

Angie is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of nursing experience and a deep commitment to caring for others. Before becoming an advanced practice provider, she worked as a Maternal/Child Specialist RN, supporting mothers, newborns, and families through some of life’s most meaningful moments.

She later served as Director of Medical Services for a surgical and maternal‑child program in Haiti, where she led clinical operations, trained local healthcare teams, and helped expand access to safe, compassionate care for women and families. Those experiences continue to shape her belief that healthcare should be accessible, relational, and grounded in empathy.

Angie’s approach to care is rooted in connection and trust. She has a special interest in women’s health and mental health and strives to create a safe, welcoming space where patients feel heard and supported. She also enjoys providing aesthetic services that help patients feel confident and cared for in a way that aligns with their personal goals.

Originally from Cocoa Beach, Florida, she now calls Northwest Arkansas home and enjoys the natural beauty and change of seasons. She loves serving the Northwest Arkansas community and hopes to continue participating in local outreach that promotes wellness and belonging. Outside the clinic, Angie enjoys creating memories around the table with her family and friends. She and her husband are proud parents of five children, three of whom are married, and she treasures time spent together wherever life gathers them.
